How do I create my first task?

Tap the "+" button on the Today screen and start typing. FLOW's AI will automatically detect due dates and priorities. Example: "Submit project by Friday high priority"

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Free includes up to 20 tasks. Pro ($6.99/month or $59/year) unlocks unlimited tasks, AI planner, advanced analytics, collaboration, and more premium features.

How do I set up reminders?

When editing a task, tap the "⏰ Reminder" button and choose your preferred time (5 minutes to 1 week before). Make sure to grant notification permissions in Settings!

Can I sync across devices?

Yes! Create an account (Apple, Google, or email) and all your tasks automatically sync across all your iOS devices in real-time.

How does the AI Planner work?

The AI analyzes your tasks, priorities, and deadlines to create an optimized schedule. Go to the Planner tab, set your working hours, and tap "Generate AI Plan" to get started.

How do I share tasks with others?

Pro users can share tasks by opening a task, tapping the share button, and entering collaborator email addresses. They'll receive an invitation to collaborate.

Can I export my data?

Yes! Go to Settings → Data Management → Export Data to save your tasks as a JSON file. You can import this data later or use it as a backup.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → FLOW → Cancel Subscription. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period.

I'm not receiving notifications

Check these settings: 1) iPhone Settings → FLOW → Notifications (ON), 2) In FLOW app: Settings → Notifications (ON), 3) Make sure your tasks have reminders set.

Is my data secure and private?

Absolutely! We use industry-standard encryption and secure cloud storage. Your data is protected with bank-level security. We never sell your information. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I use FLOW offline?

Yes! FLOW caches your tasks locally. You can view and edit your tasks offline, and all changes will automatically sync when you reconnect to the internet.

How does gamification work?

Complete tasks to earn XP and level up! Build streaks by completing tasks daily, unlock achievements, and compete with yourself. Go to Settings → Gamification to view your progress.
