Welcome to FLOW. By accessing or using our mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FLOW, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use FLOW.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FLOW. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• You may not transfer or share your account with others

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Plan

• Limited to 20 active tasks
• Basic features and functionality
• May be discontinued or modified at any time

Pro Subscription

• Monthly ($6.99/month) or Annual ($59/year) billing
• Automatically renews unless canceled before renewal date
• Payments processed through Apple App Store
• No refunds for partial months or unused time
• Price may change with 30 days notice

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through iPhone Settings → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to Pro features until then.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use FLOW for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use automated systems or bots to access FLOW
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or harvest user data without consent

6. Intellectual Property

FLOW and all content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of FLOW
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on FLOW

You retain ownership of your task data and content. By using FLOW, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of FLOW is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. We use industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Service Availability

• FLOW is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
• We are not responsible for data loss; you should maintain backups
• Scheduled maintenance may result in temporary downtime

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services (Apple, Supabase, etc.)
• You use FLOW at your own risk

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FLOW from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of FLOW
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content or data

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Extended inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use FLOW immediately ceases. We may delete your data after a reasonable grace period.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in the United States.

14. Dispute Resolution

For any disputes, you agree to first contact us to seek informal resolution. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree to binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except for small claims court.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
